Starting from conception to the implementation and final operation of development projects, TURKPAK’s expertise covers the entire range of consultancy operations, from project planning and appraisal, through pre-investment feasibility and financial studies, investigations and exploration, site selection to engineering design, material and equipment specifications, construction supervision, contract management, quality control and preparation of technical manuals for the operation and maintenance of the projects.
The services are divided into six phases.
The services provided include the initial site inspection, detailed field exploration of the project areas, including geological, hydrological, social and traffic assessment surveys and their data analysis.
This consists of the final detailed design, complete analysis of the final components of the project, preparation of drawings, specifications and other documents necessary for the calling of tenders.
Prior to construction, detailed construction drawings are prepared incorporating the basic design concepts of the project and detailing each specific construction requirement.
The services provided cover the drawing up of complete contract and tender documents and notices to bidders and contract forms.
TURKPAK supervises laboratory tests, reviews drawings and assigns experts for consultation on special problems. TURKPAK also undertakes to prepare confidential engineering estimates and evaluate the bids received for submission to the client.
