Project Management & Construction Supervision
Turkpak offers complete expert services in supervision of construction, and management and administration of contracts on behalf of its clients. These services include prequalification of contractors, evaluation of tenders, project planning, evaluation of the contractor's programme, methods and procedures, review of design and specifications and issue of variation orders if necessary, quality control, measurements and quantity surveying, monitoring and coordination of equipment supply contracts, testing and start-up of project, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals and training of the clients' personnel. Turkpak also undertakes total project management services for large, complex projects involving a number of construction and supply sub-contracts. Turkpak also prepares budget, cost estimates and cash forecasts to enable the client to schedule and arrange finances.
